Arvin Hassanpour – CQC Registered Practitioner & Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber

Arvin Hassanpour is the founder and medical director of Revitalise SkinCare Clinic Ltd.

Arvin is a registered general nurse with years of experience working for the NHS as a sister in operating theatres and intensive care in the UK and Scotland. During this time she developed an interest in medical aesthetics and went on to train extensively in aesthetic medicine and become an independent nurse prescriber, working for one of the UK’s leading cosmetic surgery companies.

In 2013 Arvin founded Revitalise SkinCare Clinic Ltd in Wiltshire and has gained a first class reputation for her work and patient care. Due to the success of her Wiltshire clinic, Arvin opened up a secondary location in Bath in 2021. Arvin is highly experienced in performing medical aesthetic treatments such as Anti Wrinkle Injections, Dermal Fillers, PDO threads, Thread Vein Improvement, Mole Removal and many more non surgical procedures.

Arvin is a member of the British cosmetic association of nurses, and British dermatological nursing group. Dedicated to continuing professional development and maintaining medical ethics, Arvin regularly attends conferences and master classes in aesthetic medicine. Every advanced course she attends teaches the newest and latest techniques that enable her to provide the best possible effective, safe, and natural results for each individual.

Hannah Rayner – Registered Nutritional Therapist (BSc Hons, mBANT, CNHC)

Hannah is a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a BSc (Hons) degree in Nutritional Therapy from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) and the University of Portsmouth. With over five years of clinical experience, she specialises in the connection between nutrition, gut health, and skin vitality — helping clients achieve healthier, more radiant skin from within.

As a registered member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council), Hannah practises in line with the highest professional and ethical standards.

Each consultation explores the unique factors influencing your skin — from digestion and hormones to stress and nutrient balance — using in-depth testing where appropriate (including gut microbiome, food sensitivities, and nutrient status). Hannah combines these insights with tailored food, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations to support long-term skin health and overall wellbeing.

Working alongside the clinic’s aesthetic team, Hannah’s services are designed to complement and enhance professional skin treatments, creating a truly integrated approach to achieving your best skin health — inside and out.

Liz Crew – Beauty Therapist

Liz Crew is a skilled member of the team at Revitalise Skincare Clinic, holding a VTCT Level 3 qualification in skincare and advanced facial techniques.

She has a strong focus on skin health and is particularly experienced in advanced facial massage methods, including techniques such as chemical peels, micro needling and techniques that support lymphatic drainage, improve circulation, and enhance skin tone.

Liz combines technical knowledge with a thorough understanding of skin function to deliver results-driven treatments tailored to individual skin needs.

Sandie Tracey - revitalise skincare clinic administrator

Sandie Tracey – Clinic Administrator

Sandie is one of the Revitalise Skincare Clinic Administrators – bringing a vast range of administrative skills, excellent customer service and experience to the Clinic.

Sandie started her working life in administration before embarking on a nursing career within Her Majesty’s Forces. After raising her family Sandie moved into Managerial Administration for over 20 years. She joined the Revitalise Team in March 2024.

Sandie shares the Revitalise Skincare Clinic values – delivering high quality care and attention to each individual patient. She is a kind and welcoming face at our Trowbridge clinic.

Megan Mason – Clinic Administrator

The newest member of our team is Megan, she joined Revitalise Skincare Clinic in November 2024.

Megan has worked in the medical aesthetics industry since 2018, working for one of the UK’s leading medical cosmetic companies. Her wide range of knowledge on the industry and the treatments offered at Revitalise Skincare Clinic makes her a great asset to the team.

Working at both clinic locations in Trowbridge and Bath as our administrator, Megan also runs the Revitalise Skincare Clinic social media pages. She brings a vast range of administrative skills and excellent customer service to the clinic.
