A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking your appointment, this will be deducted from your remaining balance on the day. If you do not attend the appointment, or give the required 48 hours notice of cancellation, the deposit will be non-refundable.
If 48 hours notice is not given prior to any appointment, there will be a cancellation fee of £50.
Reviews after treatment are complementary however if you do not show to your review appointment and wish to rebook, a £50 fee is required.
Please note that if packages/courses are cancelled by the patient for any reason, Revitalise Skincare Clinic will retain 25% of the package fee.
In the event of a pregnancy, Laser Hair Removal courses can be placed on hold to resume after pregnancy/breastfeeding.
